Do Soma products have a warranty?

We offer a lifetime warranty for all Soma products.In order to receive a replacement within the warranty please send us a message here including a description of the issue, a photo of the issue and confirmation of where your order was purchased.

Can I get my money back instead of a new product?

This transaction is an exchange of goods, money will not be refunded. Proof of purchase may be required.

What if the product is no longer available?

If the item you’re requesting is no longer in production, a similar product will be provided.

How many times can I claim the warranty?

As many as needed! Lifetime warranty covers all drops, oopsies and accidents which can occur to your Soma products.

Do I have to pay for shipping to return a product?

Nope! You are not required to send the product back, but in some cases, we may request to see a proof of purchase.

How can I claim on the warranty?

Send us a message to [email protected] including a description of the issue, a photo of the issue and confirmation of where your order was purchased.

What does lifetime warranty cover?

Our warranty covers all of our pitchers, straws, to-go products and water bottles. The warranty does not cover filters as those have a recommended use of three months.
