Does Soma offer a warranty on products purchased?Updated 18 days ago

We offer a 1-year limited warranty for our pitcher and carafe for defects.

In order to receive a replacement within the warranty time-period please send us a message to [email protected] including a description of the issue, a photo of the issue and confirmation of where your order was purchased. 

If the item that needs to be replaced is out of stock or no longer in production we will provide you with an alternative color.
